What Our Customers Are Saying

"Best communication from any inspection company I've ever hired. Stephen discovered issues with my pocket door during the inspection that I never would have noticed. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and why it needed attention.

His detailed report included photos and clear explanations of not just this issue, but every concern he found throughout the house. Throughout the process, Stephen was available to answer follow-up questions and even provided contractor recommendations. Thanks to his thorough inspection, I was able to negotiate with the seller to address these issues before closing. Thanks Stephen!"

- Joshua Gonzalez

"Last year we were buying a new office building. I hired Stephen to conduct a comprehensive commercial inspection of the entire property including all the conference rooms and common areas. Once the project started Stephen was my main point of contact. He and his team were always on time, thorough and efficient! I didn't want to get into hot water with my lender or have any surprises after closing, especially with the extensive flooring and systems throughout the building. Stephen's detailed report covered everything from structural issues to HVAC concerns. Overall great to work with and gave us complete peace of mind. Thanks Stephen!"

- Alex Lee

"Fantastic to work with. Quick responses, attentive, consistently professional, local, and high quality service. Stephen and his team were great communicators throughout the entire process of inspecting our potential new home, including the master bedroom and all the closet areas we planned to renovate. They were clear and open about their findings and their quote was accurate and reasonably priced. Stephen took the time to explain every issue he found, from minor cosmetic concerns to important structural elements we needed to address. They're the kind of business and people I would have no hesitation recommending to my grandmother. A+!"

Home Inspections FAQ

What does a home inspection cover?

A standard home inspection examines the structure, systems, and components of a home including the foundation, roof, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, windows, doors, and major appliances. Inspectors look for safety issues, defects, and items needing repair or replacement. Sewer lime camera inspection is available at an additional cost.

How long does a home inspection take?

Most home inspections take 1-2 hours depending on the size, age, and condition of the property. Larger or older homes typically require more time. The inspector will provide an estimated timeframe when scheduling.

Can I follow along during the inspection?

Absolutely! We encourage clients to join us during the inspection. This is your opportunity to ask questions, learn about your home's systems, and get valuable maintenance tips.

What's not included in a standard home inspection?

Standard inspections don't cover pest control, radon testing, lead paint, asbestos, mold testing, septic systems, wells, swimming pools, or specialized systems. These require separate inspections by certified specialists.

How quickly can you schedule my inspection?

We offer flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends. Most inspections can be scheduled within 1-3 business days, with rush appointments available for urgent needs.

When will I receive my inspection report?

You'll receive your comprehensive digital report within 48 hours of inspection completion. Reports include detailed findings, photos, and prioritized recommendations for any issues found.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we're fully licensed, certified, and carry comprehensive liability insurance. Our inspectors are members of AHIT and complete ongoing education to stay current with industry standards.

What if you find major problems?

We'll explain all findings clearly and help you understand their significance. Our detailed report gives you the information needed to negotiate with sellers or make informed decisions about your purchase.

Do you inspect newly built homes?

Yes! New construction should absolutely be inspected. Even new homes can have installation errors, code violations, or incomplete work that need to be addressed before closing.
